The Forster Outside Neck Turner is designed to be used after the neck has been resized and expanded. Select Outside Neck Turner Pilot (sold separately) to match required bullet diameter. ONT pilots are longer and harder than the standard trimmer pilots.  Cases longer than 2.8″ requirea long case trimmer base.
